the limits are the same. if we delete "lim" from both sides, the difference between these two is at most $$\frac{nq\sqrt{3}}{4\pi \varepsilon_0} \sum_{k=0}^n \frac{1}{(n\sqrt{3})^3} = O(1/n) \to 0$$
