I knew well that 4 has some weird trick like this, 1 is especially made intentionally to hold little space

you first have 4 - 3 = 6
then you can do 4 = 3 - 6 (moving one match to negative sign so that equal sign ifs formed there)
take one match from 6 so that becomes 5, and place it on 3, so it becomes 9
it will be 4 = 9 - 5
