Before telling you the answer, it is really easy.
You just have to connect O to R and O to S. You'll get 2 triangles with one equal angles, ang.OAR and ang.OBS, two equal sides, OA and OB And OR and OS. It is AAS property. It will ultimately make PR and US equal...
