what is the definition of a logarithm? (use your own words)
Amit
according to definiton it becomes this
||[3^y = x]||
and this is definition go through definition once
Amit
now go and do goodluck 👍🏻
Fundamentally the logarithm is an inverse of an exponential. This means to get x= we can apply the inverse (exponentiation) to the entire equation. Because the logarithm is base 3, we can do the following:
log3(x) = y
3^(log3x) =3^y (since we apply the exact inverse of the logarithm there is no operator being applied)
x = 3^y
