Consider the quadratic 9x²+6x+1
Multiply the co- efficient of x² to c
Giving us x²+6x+9
You'll see that x²+6x+9=(x+3)²
However
We must divide the three by the 9
(x+3/9)²=(x+1/3)²
The we just multiply by 3
(3X+1)²
