I assume 23.7864 is the theoretical value and 23.7964 is the experimental value?
If so, then yes, but why are there so many digits?
The values are given with 6 significant digits, so there won't be more than 6 in any of the errors.

I'd leave the errors as ΔX = 1.0100 (assuming X is dimensionless) and δX = 4.25%.
