If you're a complete beginner with no prior knowledge, i'd recommend to start with the atomic structure: protons, neutrons, electrons, atomic number, mass number. Get accustomed to the periodic table, some simple reactions. There are many resources on the internet. Read theory or watch youtube videos about the topic. But chemistry is a very broad topic, so it would be helpful if you knew what topics will be covered in the exam.
I dont know what specific topics but it says it follows the course compentencies of intro to chem so ill send that right now
Chapter 2: Measurement and Problem Solving
Chapter 3: Matter and Energy
Chapter 4: Atoms and Elements
Chapter 5: Molecules and Compounds
Chapter 6: Chemical Composition
Chapter 7: Chemical Reactions
Chapter 8: Quantities in Chemical Reactions
Chapter 9: Electronic Structure
Chapter 10: Chemical Bonding
Chapter 11: Chemical Bonding
Chapter 12: Solutions
Something like this are there books online i can read for free or a youtube course that covers it all or would i be better off trying to learn it piece by piece with the internet
im trying to learn it to skip this class and just go straight into Gen chem 1
Oh, I do have a book but I don't think its online
Oh ok thanks anyway 🫡
