Note that you have, including what you need to find, 2 pairs of angle-side pairs. What formula(s) do you know that involve that?
I think I have to use law of sines, but I kind of forgot how to use them
Sin(B) over B = Sin(A) over A?
So is it Sin(72)/21 = Sin(A)/9?
