so you're right for the part youve done

PC = PD , and this is because they are tangents from the same external point P

M is the midpoint of CD. So, CM = DM, making you right on that too.

Since O is the center of the circle, MO is the perpendicular bisector of CD. That's also right.

You didn't mention that from the symmetry of triangle OCM and triangle ODM, angle OCM = angle ODM.
