#Is Curl a bivector ?

Hey, I am trying to understand and visual the concept of curl in my head, I watched multiple videos that does the job, but I am still confused about the part, that in 2D it looks like a scalar and in >3D it becomes a vector. I saw in a post that this particular case means that curl is a bivector, but I don't really understand it still, maybe someone can explain it better words, or link a video/website that does the job.
