Something like a Master's thesis?
yep
I studied in France and I always thought the standard procedure was to do an internship
Since we have nothing like a Master's thesis
So it's the first time I4m hearing about it
i study in algeria and i have mémoire in master:"
If you want interesting topics involving PDEs and DEs that involve programming and practical aspects, I would recommend you look into numerical solving methods
if you didn't do that already
Otherwise there are interesting topics in deep learning that include the solving of differential equations
if you want to try your hand at signal processing
i wasnt really a big fan of analyse numérique unfortunately
So numerical solving isn't really your thing
I can't think of other immediate applications right away
Perhaps it would be helpful to look into some physically existing systems and see if you can model their behavior with PDEs
There must be people working on that kind of thing
If all you need to do is to write about it, you could just check that it's right
thsts interesting i'll look for it
I mean, an oversimplification, for instance, is a heat equation
yep we only need to write about it
If you're in your 5th year of study, there is no way you haven't heard about it
So it's really well documented, I think, on the internet
if there are other relatively well documented topics, you could write about them
i still have to the end of this semester to choose so thats why im taking my time to look for all the potential things i could write about
thanks
You're welcome
If you have the opportunity to seek out to physics professors, maybe you can get some ideas
they would have much better knowledge of their own ecosystem than I do
