What are "transition points" here? I don't think I've heard this term in this context.

So I got the critical points at -2,32 and 2,-16

Point of inflection at 0,0

Oh, so, critical points that satisfy the respective criteria? Got it.

While the x-coordinates are correct, it isn't possible that y-coordinates aren't just opposite, as this function is odd.

So, now find the zeroes, then you can sketch the graph.
