Meh
Well, I've thinking about the collatz conjecture
And it's incredible to me the fact that this simple question is that much hard
If it's solvable, we're talking about a big skill issue of humanity at math
Terence Tao said that the question is probably unsolvable
And that's not crazy, we hace unsolvable questions in math like this thing of here
But, what happened if this go to the next level?
My existential question is:
What happen if the question "Is the Collatz conjecture solvable?" Is unsolvable?
And what happen if the question " "Is the Collatz conjecture solvable?" Is an unsolvable question?" Is unsolvable
Where we should stop?
Pd: sorry for my English, I don't speak it

So like is it like an axiom?

Something like that
When a Yes/No question is unsolvable, we can assume the answer is yes or not to create a new type of math, but yes, asumming the answer will make it an axiom in this new math, as you said
well it feels like a bit harder question to ask because continuum hypothesis is a more of a set theory thing than collatz conjecture
like its directly about your ability to construct a set with certain properties
probably a good start would be to look at collatz's conjecture from a set theory pov
There's a reason no one works on the Collatz Conjecture
I think it is solvable, it'd be weird if it wasn't solvable. You can either find a number that makes it go to infinity or you don't
But finding the solution? Nah, that's some crazy next level shit
Skill issue
Nah, y'all are right, it would be weird if it's unsolvable
