Now you need to find a and b

Try to make 2 equations so that you can find a and b

Since B is lie on circle so it must satisfy the equation of circle

So put a and b in equation of circle

For second equation, find the equation of tangent at B , since tangent at B passes through (8,0) , then it also satisfy the equation of tangent

You will get another equation

Solve these two equation to find coordinates of B
