(1). Suppose the score is P. You need to find the equation of the function P(r), where r is the distance from the bullseye point. You can also graph it.
(2). Not really sure what they need here. Improvement is a pretty vague, subjective thing. I guess you can just change it how you like it? As long as it makes sense, of course.
