Hi! I need help with task 5.26 which says “About the function f we know that the derivative function f’(x) is given by:
f’(x)= -x^2+8x-15”
I have done a and b where I discussed the monotonicity properties of the function f (task a), as well as I determined whether the stationary points are top or bottom (task b).
THIS IS WHAT I NEED HELP WITH:
Now I need help with task c which says “The graph of f passes through the point (6,0). Find the equation for the tangent through this point”. How do I do that? Do I have to find the equation of f first? Thanks for help!

you need the slope of the line and the point it passes through
you're given the point explicitly, what tells you about slopes of tangent lines?
yes you are right
I think I managed the task?
For c
@spiral bay
dont spam ping
oh sorry
but yes, you computed f'(6), which is the slope of the tangent to f at x=6
again, dont spam ping..
3 pings in a minute is absurd.
