- Wait patiently for a helper to come along.
- Once someone helps you, say thank you and close the thread with:

- Feel free to nominate the person for helper of the week in #helper-nominations
- Do not ping the mods, unless someone is breaking the rules.
- If you're happy with the help you got here, and the server overall, you can contribute financially as well:
Suppose the rates (in job/h) of workers are v1 and v2. Then we get a system:
v1 + 4(v1 + v2) = 1
1/v1 - 1/v2 = 5
However, I don't think that gives the correct answer. Are you sure that you copied the statement correctly?
yeah
Can you take a photo or a screenshot of the problem, if possible?
but i think it will exercise mistake because i asked many people and they havent got these answers
sorry, but im not an english student
but translated i think good
Oh. Well, still, can you provide a photo/screenshot? Just in case.
its just words given xd
but if you want i can give you
its b task and the Lithuanian language is written here
Hm, yeah. Seems like it's correctly translated. But the answer can't be what's given, as that doesn't satisfy the first condition.
yeah so must be error in this exercise
Probably.
Oh, actually.
I've looked online, and there's a variant of this exercise where in the first condition they only do 40% of the job.
In that case we get:
v1 + 4(v1 + v2) = 2/5
1/v1 - 1/v2 = 5
And that does produce the given answer.
Maybe they copied the problem from another resource, but forgot about the 40%?
