btw I found sin (-225) to be sqrt 2/2 if you can't read it

The part where I'm confused first is that my teacher in their solution video didn't rationalize first, leaving sin (-225) as 1 over sqrt 2. Also they ended up with sqrt 2 + 2.

Remember that dividing by a fraction is equivalent to multiplying by the reciprocal.
