Can someone pls show me the working out for finding the interecept and endpoint? I'm a bit confused

The graph is just the usual graph of cosec(x) just shifted along the axis by pi/4 backward.
If you have a function f(x) and you do f(x +/- constant) the graph is moved along the x-axis by the constant unit forward or backward depending upon the sign and if you do f(x) +/- const it is moved along the y-axis.
