- Wait patiently for a helper to come along.
- Once someone helps you, say thank you and close the thread with:
+close
- Feel free to nominate the person for helper of the week in #helper-nominations
- Do not ping the mods, unless someone is breaking the rules.
- If you're happy with the help you got here, and the server overall, you can contribute financially as well:
Use different rules for integration and differentiation you might've learnt for solving these questions
Considering this is new for me, I struggle with understanding it
Here's the set of rules you might need. I don't know what you know and what you don't know about int/diff.
\section{Differentiation}
$$\dv{(x^n)}{x}=nx^{n-1}$$
$$\dv{(\sin x)}{x}=\cos{x}$$
$$\dv{(\cos x)}{x}=-\sin{x}$$
$$\dv{(e^x)}{x}=e^x$$
$$\dv{(\ln x)}{x}=\frac1x$$
\
\section{Integration}
$$\int{x^n\dd x}=\frac{x^{n+1}}{n+1}+c$$
$$\int{\sin x\dd x}=-\cos x +c$$
$$\int{\cos x\dd x}=\sin x+c$$
$$\int{e^x\dd x}=e^x+c$$
These are the sets of rules you'll need for your worksheet, @scenic sundial
Oh sweet, thanks man 😄
