I was solving the parameter and found this missing conversion, I can't figure out how we get 1.5 from 1.4, the translation is not that important, however I will provide it:

When m belongs to the domain of real numbers, the absence of solutions in the set 1.4 is "expression 1.5"

we also have to be careful of zeroes in the denominator (m=8 and m=-8), absence of solutions is the set such that m does not verify either inequalities which is what they wrote in 1.5
