Given is (see picture) with |q|<1.
I have to determine the limit of the partialsum.

I am unsure how the Cauch product works. I have seen 2 different definitions but my professor uses this one:

Maybe someone can help me understand how to determine the limit of that partialsum 😓

  • Let A= sum k=0 to infinity of (a_k) and B= sum k=0 to infinity of (b_k)
