Piecewise function

So the question is
" make a piecewise defined function with its graph for your electricity bill upto 700 units, as the cost of electricity is dependent upon number of units in different interval "
this is the assignment I got from my pre calculus class and I literally have no idea on how to make this I'm really frustrated can someone solve and explain this? id be really grateful.
