Yes, these are piecewise functions
just look at it this way (when x<=-2 then f(x) =-4, so when you graph, for the first situation y=-4 from x(-infinity;-2] other 2 are just linear so pick any two points from the given interval, plug it in the function, see what f(x) value you get and just make a line conecting those values, and extend it for the given domain
looks good, just that yeah you mapped it at -5
when you work with piecewises just look at each of the bounds separately and f(x)=y
