what do you have so far?
what formulas do you know?
not really that much
i do know the sum of the series formula thingy then how to find nth term thingy
please write them out
wait i gtg eat eh
S = n/2 [2a1 + ( n -1) d]
an= a1 + (n - 1) d
How can you relate a1 to the intial investment of 500$
the 500 will be the a1?
Brilliant
Now what can you say about the recurring investment of 100$ and d?
the d is 100
Marvelous
what to do next
Calculate the rest
idk what ill calculate like do i calculate the sum or the nth
Task 2 require you to calculate the first 10 terms
Task 3 requires the summation
okay thanks, can i not close this first? I might still have some questions or I might be unsure
@trim matrix has given 1 rep to @old creek
Sure
But I don't know how long I'll be on
It is fine for me, I'm the one who is asking help anyways plus the due date for this is at the end of the week 💪
This is what I did but I don't know what a1 do I use for 3) Letter B
it’s still the starting value of the investment, which is…?
yup
Thanks you s

i guess what it wants you to do is find the 4th term of the sequence
since its the end of the 3rd year
you start at year 0 i guess
wait you could start at year 1
this question sucks
