If some element is in A and that set is not a subset of B, then it is not implied that the element is automatically a part of B
A={1,2}
B={1,3}
If the element x=1, then it holds. If the element x=2, then it doesnt hold.
Therefore it is sometimes true and sometimes false, and we cant make that implication for all cases
