so if ur trying to find the midpoint of any line joining points of coordinates $(x_1,y_1)$ and $(x_2,y_2)$, then their midpoint is always $\left(\frac{x_1+x_2}{2},\frac{y_1+y_2}{2}\right)$

look, here their midpoint is M, plug in values of x1 and y1 and x2 and y2
