I need to transform this equation to get R1. I know the result is R1 = 1/(1/Rges + 1/R2) but I don't know how to do it.
How do I get the the 1/ ... part?

If so just subtract 1/R2 from each side then inverse each side

If a=b 1/a=1/b

no, it's as it says

Ok, solution:
|-1/R2
1/Rges - 1/R2 = 1/R1 | × R1
R1*(1/Regs - 1/R2) = 1 | / (1/Rges - 1/R2)
R1 = 1/(1/Rges - 1/R2)

@idle stone you were right, sorry for misubderstanding.
