Lets say the TSA of the cone is A/360piR² where R=20+x and that of the cut cone is A/360pir² where r=20cm and that of the frustrum is 600pi =(A/360piR²)-(A/360piŕ²)
but they are asking for the curved surface area, not the total tho...

600pi=(pirl)-(pi1020)
Us those two equations to find r and l
r=20 and x=20
