How is B = 2???

I realised my first mistake was writing 5C2 instead of 5C3 but even then, it still didnt change my answer or anything?

5C2=5C3 however shoudl be (bx)^3 or b^3 x^3 still cant figure out why its -2 tho

i think the signs flip if its a-b

but not a+b
