it's obviously pretty big, so he'll send a pdf or show pictures and he wants someone dedicated to help him the entire time, eg 2,3 hours

so that's why he is asking

but you just said "don't ask to ask." which just makes him more nervous and unsure
maybe you could reply a yes or no and ignore if you don't want to
