Laid out easier: is the bottom line correct? And additionally, is the top equation easily solvable? Any help greatly appreciated
If you can, try to work with rational numbers. And yes the bottom one is good cause
$\frac{1}{(ab)^p} = \frac{1}{a^pb^p} = \frac{1}{a^p}×b^{-p}$
