As for graphing, you can either just remember what it looks like or perform the usual analysis.

Well, again, either you can just remember what y = tan(x) looks like in general and restrict it to the given domain, or perform the usual analysis on it.
then would the intercepts of x and y be 0,pi and just 0?
Well, the y-intercept is 0. But there are more x-intercepts.
To find them, solve tan(x) = 0 in the given interval.
