R^-1 notates the inverse
U plug the values into R again
how does that change R
well in this case R(-1)B gives the set of all elements of A which make the relation aRb possible
how do I plug that in a R()
U can plug sets into functions
They give the united result of plugging them individually in
hmm
lemme try and get back to you
@vagrant iris that helped a lot thank you so much
@vernal cape has given 1 rep to @vagrant iris
@vernal cape I can help if you made progress
yeah please do
So what is your progress?
Show me your work
So I know where you stand/have difficulties
@vernal cape
its a mess
wait a min
I am really new to proofs so not really good at writing em
very bad
it will be R(R^-1(B)) = B is a contingency in the first page
Now just to choose the right thing
thnq 🥹
right thing in what terms
a, b or c
oh got it
ig its the 3rd one which is the tautology
yeah
Gg
well my proff told me to give examples to prove a contingency and to give general proofs for Tautology and Contradictions
thats what I am trying to do
I was really confused my all the symbols and stuff earlier
need to practise more to get comfortable with them
thanks for verifying it tho
Welcome. Have fun! 🎩
