anticlockwise rotation matrix in R² is (cosx,sinx;-sinx,cosx)
so clockwise rotation will have a theta that is negative:
cos(-11π/6)=√3/2
sin(-11π/6)=0.5
so we have (0.5√3,0.5;-0.5,0.5√3)
which we need to multiply by the projection matrix.
the direction vector for y=-3x is (1,-3) which follows with:
proj(x,y)=v(((x,y)•v)/(v•v))
v((x-3y)/10) which is ⅒v(x-3y)
which we can now form into the projection matrix:
⅒(1,-3;-3,9)
from here you multiply these two matrices
