you dont need the volume of the tank to solve this type of question

i know how to do it but not perfect let me try

Inlet valve
6 minutes --> 1tank
1 minute --> 1/6th tank

Outlet valve
10 minutes --> 1 tank
1 minute --> 1/10 tank

volume of tank filled in 1 minute is
inlet - outlet
1/6-1/10
=1/15

because we need the time for tank to be full
1/15 * x = 1
x =15 minutes
