Find the intersection of the xy plane and the tangents lines to the helix

I don't understand what he's trying to ask because there will be a tangent line to the helix at every single point and I think all of them would pass through the xy plane...... This intersection of line and a plane would be a point ....... Then how many of the points he's asking to find.....

I assume you need to find the equation of a planar curve you get when you move the tangent line along the helix and trace its intersection with the Oxy plane.
