just use quadratic rule thingy

sin(x/2)^2 + cos(x/2)^2 + 2sin(x/2)cos(x/2)

sin(x/2)^2 + cos(x/2)^2 ?= 1

2sin(x/2)cos(x/2) = sin(2 * x/2) = sin(x)
