Points not credited

1 energy = 28 points in hard or atleast 25 points must be awarded but in my case it's not been credited yet

the glitch has become repeated now for me
9 energy -- so playing po and hard should credit 9×28=252 points ryt
I played 6 matches so points should be:
6×28=168
But it's showing only 140(5× 28) with 3 energy left... 1 energy= 28 points not credited and it's gone. If i dont get that point then i can't be in top 10 and can't get po pi .
i might had strong chance of getting 10 posi.

Same had happened in last event and i messaged support but didnt get help.
The above screenshot was also sent to team when event was over.
If i had 28 points int that also I would have been top9 with 750 points but didnt made much efforts as top 10 and top 50 had same rewards in that event.
But this time it's abt pi of po and it can be actual loss
Im a student so getting pi is difficult

I have reported it to in game support but no help in both the cases:
They have said points calculations precise info is helpful and have forwarded to dev team but no actions were taken and no info was given further..

What is mentioned in event criteria is:
Play with po: 15 ( not win mentioned)
Play an event match: 10(not win mentioned)
3 pts if won and in my all cases the disconnected shown when boss had no hp or almost like single hp 1-2 hits more...and one time when boss had almost 30 percent health game got disconnected but still there was time and we won and got 28 pts ...evry problem occurs when boss health is below 3 percent and if it was servers prob the energy should not have used and had to gave us another chance or atleast 25 points had to be credited

If my message felt harsh or rude sry for my words my intent is not to fight but bring the problem to your attention for fair play..
How much it have effected is last time I was placed 112 whereas if points credited I should have been top 50 -- what rewards lost-- 20 gems vamp teeth
What this time i will loose- potential pi of po and if not 20 gems again...
After the revamp and introduction of seasonal road the gems have become more and more difficult to earn and those 40 gems over the course of 12 months of play can give 500 gems and might help in getting coins and legendary items

And If the bug not corrected and if pi of tailung is given in next event and same happens then its not fair just for me but also for other f2p players who can't afford to put money due to parents restriction or if they are students. It can even hurt more for p2w players or the ones who started to put money to get pi and money is kind if wasted and reward is gone

Let me understand. The issue is being disconnected and use the can?

When we play event with can... it gets deducted but points of 25 to 28 not credited...
For more clarity:
Suppose you have 3 energy
U go to event section and press play - the energy can gets used -- u enter boss mode-- when you are winning and boss health is aroun 2-3%-- you get disconnected due to server issue-- now game has to be reopened. NOW due to server problem the energy can which should not have been used and show 3/3 will show 2/3 left and 1 xan has been used .
And the 25 points which should have been credited as it shows 2/3 remaining as 1 can is used- IS NOT Even CREDITED.
THE SOLUTION might be :
If it gets disconnected...cool we are ready to play again so the Can SHOULD NOT show used like 3/3 in the example case or whatever the number of Can remained before disconnecting must remain as it is...
There is another soln of just 25 points credited as Can have been used which suppose to give 25 points not matter the result of the game -- but first said solution is the fair soln and 2nd one is again unfair

Just see the image how can someone get 140 points from 6 energy used
If po used 5 times then
5 can × 28 points = 140
But shows 3 remaining instead of 4 and if 6 cans used it should be 6×28= 168

Suppose if we use another character only 10-13 points so whatever the permutation of using po and other character it should be max of 138 possible but still it shows 140 credited and that can happen only of i played with Po 5 times only and 1 energy has been wasted

It is the last message im sending from my side...sorry I can't explain it anymore and my time is getting wasted...no response from past 2 weeks with support.
If fixed im happy or im just disappointed.
Like I have gave proper explanation with video proof and now what left is basic calcultaion

Again my intention is not to hurt or argue just for fairity of game

Look at the leaderboard if i had 28 points i will be at 16-40 position as from 16 it is 336 points

Yes, if the game disconnects you during the game and you are not able to connect back before it ends you loose a can without marking points even the ones that do need to win the game to credit and even if you were about to win against the boss,
More over, the boss mode lags and disconnects you very often while playing cans. So it happens quite often (though once is enough to disqualify you from top100).

Look here i will miss my 21 gems and 10 po tokens due to glitch...and the points still not credited even after this much proof...

What’s much more important is stability, potential packet loss, and ping.

I have like messages 5 times with video proof + valid mathematical reasoning and i also added it in here when it happened for 2nd time
Support will just say forwarded to devs with line like 'valid proofs are worth and help in cases to solve' and yeah the ticket will be closed...actually there is no ticket system to be honest

I didn't even ended up in top 100 last time and this time also I will not get rank 100.
Gems even 21 is valuable as they have even nerfed the gems accumulation with new waste seasonal road which gives good reward for heavy grinders and you would need min lev 17 in most of characters to push beyond 1850 and with p2w phero players playing or can say hunting you

The situation is the same on support keeps blaming my internet whenever I ask for compensation. I honestly don’t understand why they’re so unwilling to compensate players for reaching top 50 the rewards are already pretty minimal. Over 4 weeks, it’s only 84 gems and 4 gold items. This was clearly their mistake, but it feels like they’ve decided to just ignore it, probably because the collaboration is ending soon anyway.
