Should we be expecting some sort of announcement?
We have offered miles of consistent feedback but nothing has changed in game. The is no response or discussions I’m seeing, as of yet, with plans to fix what’s caused tremendous dips in zoo activity & morale. No doubt it’s evident in the metrics visible to devs.
Are there plans to keep it as is or attempt to listen to their customer base and make changes?
Some info would be really helpful, especially if there is a reason to hold out hope that improvements are on the way, before those on the fence leave the game.

The lack of developer comments at this stage likely stems from the fact that the true objective is the commercial success of collaboration in the next update.
The developers are actively separating new players from existing players. They are implementing a system that hinders matchmaking by creating a gap in trophies.
The game's instability is thought to be caused by server capacity being allocated to the new player base.🤣
Therefore, complaining about the game is pointless. What we should do is propose a new plan that secures their interests.
However, even if this proposal is adopted, it will likely take two or three months to implement.
This is because, as long as revenue from collaborations continues, maintaining the current system is the proper business approach.🤓
We should know by now that no matter how good our feedback is they don't take into consideration and ignore. Their loss i guess as they'll lose many many players. But hey a new collaboration is coming which i can guarantee will need money to enjoy it!

If Wildlife Studios take a bit seriously their business someone would have been fired at this point and yet here we are.

This Thread Seriously Needs to Be Closed. It's been more than a season
1 full season became 4 weeks with 6.0 update. It has not been a full season yet.
I realize update 6.0 has been live for 3 weeks already, but I wanted to share some personal observations about Update 6.0. My goal is to provide constructive feedback that reflects what many long‑time players are experiencing, and hopefully be a helpful voice for the community.
I’ve been playing Zooba for years. I stepped away for a bit and recently returned because I’ve always loved the concept and the battle‑royale style. But coming back to these changes has been discouraging, and I wanted to explain why in a way that’s hopefully useful for future updates.
There’s also a whole range of thoughtful suggestions coming from the community. Your players genuinely want to help shape the game into something they love. I’m a bit of a design‑focused thinker myself, and I’d love nothing more than to see some of these ideas — or even my own — contribute to future improvements.
1. Grandmaster Trophy Increase & Seasonal Rewards
Raising the base Grandmaster threshold to 1800 has had a bigger impact than I think was intended. While I understand that characters below 1800 won’t lose trophies at season reset, the shift created a large gap compared to previous seasons.
The main concern players are expressing isn’t the difficulty — it’s the loss of recurring gem rewards at 1400 and 1600. Because the reset now starts at 1800 instead of 1300, those gem milestones effectively became one‑time rewards per character.
For many long‑term players, those gems weren’t about avoiding purchases — they were a small but meaningful incentive to keep pushing characters each season. Removing that recurring motivation has made the grind feel less rewarding, and some players feel less driven to engage regularly.
2. Matchmaking & Game Mode Restrictions
I also wanted to touch on the new matchmaking adjustments and mode restrictions. I completely understand the intention to make matches more balanced, but the current system has created some unintended limitations:
- Certain characters perform better in specific modes (duos, trios, squads), and the new trophy requirements restrict players from using them where they shine.
- It also affects social play. If one player has characters above 1800 and their friend doesn’t, they may no longer be able to play the same modes together.
This has led to some players feeling like they have fewer options, both in gameplay variety and in playing with friends.
3. Combined Effect on Player Engagement
When you combine the reduced incentive to push trophies with the new mode restrictions, the game feels more limited than before. Many long‑time players — who have supported Zooba for years — are feeling discouraged, not because they dislike change, but because these changes reduce the sense of progression and freedom that kept them invested.
I’m sharing this with full respect for the work you put into the game. Zooba has a passionate community, and I think many of us simply want to ensure the game continues to grow in a way that keeps both new and veteran players excited.

I hate to break it to y’all but this collab isn’t gonna compensate for the state of the game and for this 6.0 update nor does it compensate for the lack of implementation of great suggestions across the years
You said that the dev would not do anything about the bad update because they were locked up working on the colab. Can we expect them to look into it now that it has been launched or will we have to wait another 3 months until the end of it? (which would be discouraging, though I am thinking Zooba’s only cares about new players now).
Everyone provided the feedback, ATP. I just want to know if this version will stay or they will listen and act upon the feedback. It’s important because from there I will think twice before I spend money on the game. So plz if you can just clarify this.
yes, it should go back to 2024 and 2023, deathmatch 7vs7 and stuff, and duo and gems and event tickets
Amazing people, can't even give time to give a word to the people who are tryna do something FOR THEIR OWN DAMN GAME.
I'm guessing the idea is that only— practicing personal skillset and reading the game, while this version lasts.
Also the monetary issue seems long prolonged and is killing the game; focusing more on the collab 'might' be a good way to be.
According to what should be fair. How is it possible to finish in 3rd place and win 0 trophies? Since this update, I can't level up characters without help, and now they don't even make teams.Only those who were not affected at all by the update remain.We are being excluded from even having the opportunity to upload characters. No duos, no trophies. In solo modelo You have only 3-6 trophies. You have to win or Resigning yourself to being stuck.
Of course they want you to buy, but even if you do, it's impossible to level up. It's too slow.
Does that happen every game? I think it's just another glitch like the rest of the game

My name is Laurieboy, and I have recently taken time to read many reactions and discussions on Discord to better understand the main problems players are experiencing and what they would like to see improved. Based on community feedback and my own experience, I would like to share several suggestions that I believe could make Zooba fairer, more enjoyable, and more successful in the long term.
Subject 1 – Maps and Game Mode Rotation
Currently, the trophy ranking system (for example above or below 1800 trophies) limits access to certain maps. I suggest removing this restriction so that all players can access the same maps.
In addition, I propose rotating game modes every hour:
• In Solo: Solo Standard ↔ Solo Large (switch every hour)
• In Team modes: Duo ↔ Big Teams (switch every hour)
• Solo Mini should always be available
At the beginning, this system might cause longer matchmaking times because players would be divided across modes. However, in the long term, this could attract and retain more players because the game would feel more varied and fair.
Subject 2 – Matchmaking Based on Level Instead of Trophies
Many players feel frustrated when they are matched against opponents with much higher character levels. This creates unfair matches and reduces enjoyment.
I suggest that matchmaking should be based only on character level, not trophies. For example:
• Level 1–5 together
• Level 5–9 together
• Level 9–14 together
• Level 14–17 together
• Level 17–20 together
This would ensure players compete against others with similar strength, making matches more balanced and competitive.

Subject 3 – Increasing Revenue Without Becoming “Pay-to-Win”
I understand that Zooba needs to generate revenue, but many players are concerned about the game becoming “pay-to-win.”
I propose introducing a points system where players earn points per match. For example:
• Winning = 10 points
• Other achievements = fewer points
These points could be used in the shop to purchase items that are normally only available with real money. For example, players could buy a 1-week Battle Pass using points. Not all items need to cost the same amount of points; some could be more expensive than others.
The points should be difficult to earn, but players should also have the option to purchase points with real money. This way, the system would not feel pay-to-win, because rewards are earned through playing, while still giving Zooba a way to generate income.
This system would motivate players because they know they can earn something valuable by playing more. That motivation would increase activity and player retention, helping Zooba grow while also increasing revenue.

It has been truly great getting to know all of you through at the first 4 years of my Zooba journey, I feel the need to post this here as Brawlers Was my first clan.
I believe my time with this game has come to end , for many reasons. I don’t find the game enjoyable anymore, life is crazy, and nearly all of my close friends have quit the game. I will be leaving all Zooba discords and rarely play the game. I will be keeping most Zooba friends on Facebook, so if you need to find me, you know where I will be!

Guys, let me be clear: Zooba knows what we want and there are no new, better updates. I find this really sad because it's normally such a good game, so I'm quitting Zooba until a new update comes out.
He is losing more players every day and apparently they are not worried about it... Sad!

Zooba is losing players on every day basis many of them staying just because of the collaboration...is collab some kind of distraction so players won't talk about the 6.0 update and new trophy systems...please revert this update can't even play with friends and clanmates atleast give back the gems..

I don’t like the current state of the game. It seems like the matches are all just 1 room. See the same people in every new match.
The 6.0 setting made the queues much more long, before 6.0 I would find a match after 20s if got bad luck, now if I have luck I find in 50 seconds, if I have bad luck, I will find it in 90s
Nothing is done regarding the horrible update 6.0, and now they remove volcano map to make matter worst. Why they do this for?

i have 1845 trophies with a char
and if any person that have lower or higher trophy than 1800 will not play in the same match as me
it would only be available that players that have between 1800 - 1900 will play together
but if u reach 1900 or 1910 u will get another match that players between 1900 - 2000 will play together
higher trohies like 2100 - 3000 player wont get the same match
its like they are in a group
if ur between 1900 - 2000
and u passed / got through 2000 or like 2012
its like ur going in another group
If devs really love stats, they will see the new trophie road is a flop and a little bit p2w

All our feedbacks are irrelevant to the developers, because their intention is to make more players quit. We should be giving more "practical" suggestions such as:
- Remove zoorail map.
- Remove path of paws.
- Remove battlepass.
- Remove clan wars.
- Remove zoo cage.
- Remove central zoo map.
I think they will do a major update at the end of the collab.
They take the time to prepare everything, and it will surely be done at the end of the collaboration.

The big team is always there but u wasn’t around / clan mates not around or not wanting to play .They did responded by removing Volcano map lol 😝
