Bug not yet fixed due to this glitch character coming from it are not getting any tokens from crate

This bug again not yet fixed, Last time it happened and I was in leaque 21 and got paco it's almost three months and I didn't get a single token from any of crates to paco all I did was giving all wild tokens to him. Again this happened and got faye i guess it would happen again after this much efforts not worth it zooba I need a solution
