Speed ​​is cumulative, rockets, coffee, level 12 boots, you can make moves and plays that others can't. And off course have more space for items, with sustain o damage.
Of course speed is fun, in the game, in life, in everything except in bed, but balance is the key.
For me, Zooba should remove the boots and add that extra speed to all characters by default.
