#Add a new connection method (like supercell has for their games)(supercell id)

I see that many people are having issues with the connection methods that are now in the game on the IOS version.... For example people like hiz, me, Alicia and many other people in brawlers are having problems with the connection method "facebook" in special (when they try to connect/login they just get errors and cant login to their account). Next we are having a problem of another person who is also in "Brawlers'' ''Niko'' (She has 2 accounts so her main and her alt) (she had one of her accounts connected to her apple id and the other to her game center id) So when she was on her account that is connected to her apple id(alt) she was trying to login to the other account (game center) (main) But when she did it just logged her back in to her alt. (so on a strange way her alt was just getting connected to the same game center id as her main) So on this way she just lost acces to her main...... So back to a new connection method (if this would be added and it would be similar to "supercell id'') it would be much easier and better to switch between accounts..... here under i will add some errors that many people are getting for reference........ And thanks for reading everyone!!!

Thanks for opening this thread @lavish coral Whoever is taking care of this, please address this issue on priority. So many people are quitting this game, because of this. And whenever a ticket is being opened to address this issue, it is being automatically closed with a generic response. We've tried our best with all the possible ways. And I can confirm that we don't have any issues on Android devices. After a recent update for Apple devices, this issue started and people are losing access to accounts which they have been playing for years and spent so much.

I have always accessed my zooba account thru FB. I logged out of my main account to my baby account and when logging back over to my FB (main) account it gave me this error, no matter what I do now, all I get is this error. I haven't changed devices or anything different. 😡

I tried everything, delete game, install again,for maybe 10 times.

Even did a reset to my whole iPhone( then I lost my Discord account also, this a new one😐 )

Texted the support from Zooba several times,it took some time before they finally understood where I was talking about.

Then their advice and conclusion at the end was; I needed to be patience untill their developers had solved the issue ( I searched on Facebook for it and I found posts from 6 months before where some already had this issue ).

And in mean time they told me to play on android🤷‍♀️

Same for me! Apparently the account im trying to load is already connected to the facebook account, but it wont load for some reason. Zooba thinks im trying to connect a new account to the facebook account taht has an account saved on it that im trying to load. not sure if that is understndable. But finallly!! people experiencing same problem.

Also I agree with the new method of saving accounts. If there were more ways, this problem would be brought up less. Especially the fact that google play games is not available on ios and game center not available of android. the more options, the less this problem would be brought up

I recently had back and forth discussion with Zooba support and supposedly they are aware of it with noooo estimated date of a fix.

Facebook is the only universal way to login to zooba via android and iphone...this should be urgent.
