Nerf Pheromone Essence

The pheromone essence is an item, which has destroyed the game's purpose to make all charcters be used.

It's only good for characters, which can reach another character very fast by their active.

Explain me, how is for example an Ollie going to use the pheromone if his active is completly pointless outside bushes.

Most are nowdays affraid to use characters like Fuzzy, Pepper, Ollie and more just because of an item.

The game used to be to have good aim, good thinking and skills and now it's just about clicking one button with a character like Max, Caly etc.

Like seriously, how am I meant to get a pheromone essence upgrade if there aren't many possabilities to literally get it without paying.

Path of paws is an option but one crate won't help me get that far.
Items inside crate aren't that big promised unless you get an amazing crate.

Cmon Zooba, just nerf it completly...

First keep making higher levels,
then add a broken item like pheromone essence, overpowered characters like Rubie and now literally made a single skin cost 100k+ gems in my shop? What is next?

Just do something about the item, please.

I agree, this thing needs a huge nerf, giving Cc ability to literally anyone (even better for metas) is absurd. Rn the game should start fixing bugs, listen to forums that actually matter and fix/rework the store, the state of the game is just terrible rn.

I’m honestly so annoyed with what this game has become. Even if they nerf phero it won’t fix the OP characters, the other OP items or the health gap between levels. I think at this point they destroyed their own game. The only ones enjoying the way the game is now are the devs collecting their paychecks

@clever thunder I remember in the year 2021 when I said that this game is so cool and interesting. 2 years later I have realized what changes happened and it is honestly quite weird.
At the range where pheromone was added, the game kept going on worser.

It first was the matchmaking, then the 3.0 update, then the level additions, then the pheromone essence, then the overpowered charcaters and now the big inflations of prices. Also the teaming in solos is annoying. Anyways, I won't really try to make more feedbacks about this, since it's their decision how they want to lead the game but with this feedback I just want to express how there are so many potentials to prevent the game from chaos.

I found a balanced way to rework the pheromone, this item can be activated passively, if the player received a certain damage from enemies, it will release gases to stun nearby enemies.

Also, it provides a 100% chance of the 1st weapon attack to stun enemies, then it will get into a long cooldown and rerun the process.

This one item makes players skill worse, its like people say, "Its not about level, its about skill" and now with this item its the other way around, so pls nerf or remove this item, items like muscles or Turbo is kind of powerful but its fair enough making up for its rareness but pheromones is just tooo powerful, I even saw an 18 Max with pheromones kill a lvl 20 Bruce, like how, its not about levels anymore with this item, its about pheromones, Pheromones defeats the whole purpose of this fun game meant to be skillful

I agree with you very much, the game was fine without pheromone but almost every Max I see most of them have pheromone and since his bow is so strong you basically die in less than a second. I hope Zooba nerfs or removes pheromone since you don’t even need skill to use it

I got when it was released and it was meant to pull you in and it didn’t work. So they rereleased it like a week later and put it on every bot in the zoo at maxed level, then adjusted it like days later. Still not 3 times, and definitely not twice

That explains the item not showing the cool down. They’ve never adjusted it to show because originally it was the same for all

And I didn’t even hear any P2W crying. Is that before it was so heavily available in the store I wonder? Because if not, they should just nerf again, they’re was zero backlash from that Nerf

Some friends tried to convince me that cooldown is the same for all lvls but I told them that I noticed in several matches that the higher the lvl of pheromones the shorter the cooldown time... and I was right. That "nerf" basically gave high lvl pheromone users more advantage 🤪

It sure did. It’s a buff actually. They just made sure that level 5 phero users have zero chance to compete against P2W phero users

I just remembered though that muscles increase the visual range, so comparing screen shots wouldn’t work unless you know for sure they haven’t killed anyone

And range is relative to the characters ability anyways because it moves with their active, so mollys jump basically doubles the range of level 12 phero

Yeah it looks bigger lol. But it’s end of the round so she was probably maxed on kills for muscles. But I am frozen in that picture so I am within range

I wrote support about it increasing with muscles and I didn’t think that’s what they intended and they said it was only the visual not the effect iteself, So I tested it and recorded it and they were right

Lvl 12 muscle char fully stacked is way bigger than lower lvl muscle char... 🤪 feel like fighting against a real giant monster

Anything working with percentages gives massive increases now that health and damage is so high on level 20s

My level 9 muscles are seriously trash in comparison. I get more damage/health increase by deranking

If I’m 2 GM’s lower than they are that’s double what my muscles can do

It’s why I will no longer play as GM5, atleast maybe I can survive a Max attack now
