Buffs-

1. Without any ground speed upgrades Bruce has 37 ground speed, I think 50 would be pretty fast. Nix without speed upgrades is 47...
2. The Golden spear for Bruce without any Range points is 4.55. Is that what you want to increase to 7.5? That's almost double its original amount
3. I think it should only be a bit more, like 1.2x its current range.
4. 1 second at max but even then I don't think it should be like that, Bruce can already deal a good amount of damage when it pulls someone closer.
5. I agree with this, I think this one is good and should definitely be implemented
6. No. It just doesn't feel right. A rapid fire bow does not suit Bruce.
   Nerfs-
7. No, its active damage shouldn't be reduced because it's already kind of difficult to pull in someone for long enough to do lots of damage. And Bruce's active HAS to do damage, otherwise it's completely useless. And it wouldn't even make sense, if Bruce the Gorilla is smashing you with full strength with both his arms then I'm pretty sure it's going to do some damage. If anything the damage for the smash should be increased.
8. Bruce's health is fine the way it is, it's one of the best things about it. In teams Bruce is powerful because it can enter fights (skillfully) to deal lots of damage and come out basically unscathed. It shouldn't be reduced.

Overall when he's played with skill he's really good, avoid fights that are obviously going to be trouble for you and stay mostly in the Savannah or forest for the entire round, Antarctica is the last place you wanna be as a Bruce

bruce is fine where he s right now, his playstyle is slow tanky ambusher who can deal alot of damage when he can conect his skills. if he has movement problems his spear is fine, he is good where he is right now

also, unless its pi theres no way in hell his active should get paralysis. no abilites in the game should have that much cc ability. bruce is a league 1 character, he isnt supposed to be meta

Duke having paralysis is balanced because it takes a few seconds to charge up + it has a fairly long cooldown

Earl is also fine since it requires good aim

I'm just referring to myself. I have cooldown upgrades for all my weapons (not maxed out though) and with Milo's insane damage output I can beat Rubie's. Frank's are really easy for me to beat because of my level 7 helium canister, and many people consider even level 7 helium low

In the Museum, ice area, Igloo, houses, cave, basically everywhere outside the savannah and forest Milo can defeat Finn.

I told you I have no problem defeating Earls, even the lvl 20 ones, as a lvl 19 Bruce, if I choose the right place and time to fight... he lacked skill, knowledge and strategies... for example in an open field Bruce has almost no chance against Nix or Fuzzy coz he can't reach ( if opponents keep the distance right ). It's really important to acknowledge the advantageous field for the character you are gonna use... and that lvl 7 Bruce epic failed coz he didn't have boots despite being in savanna area
