No. First of all, it's a skill issue if you're missing shots with bomb, secondly, Jack provides huge boost to allies, hence it's only fair that it's not easy to land shots with him.

Listen I have a power 13 duke and he is amazing. I use vamps jungle shoes and holy sandals. Once you get his primal. It changes everything
Nixs and long range char it’s pretty easy to beat them.

If you go kill nixes and long range char just use a char that can kill them. Duke is played close range and no need to make his range longer.
