So uh... I've been exclusively using daggers, with mindful set + mystic ring + lucky amulet + blooplet. In regalle patrols, there's always this combo of enemies that include archer + wizard + windblower (couldn't find the proper names) that I can't even get close to. Is it just designed to be not possible with daggers? Any tips?

I've faced the same situation. When you hear both the sound of Mage charging and Scout charging at the same time while you're confronting, the windblower (which is standing between a mage and a scout) suddenly blows you. To counter this situation, slash the mage to let it teleport, then get blowed, then parry the arrow, then parry the laser, then slash the windblower.
So next time if you patrol then hear both the sound of Scout charging and Mage charging, you know there's windblower.

Thanks to all. Didn't know throwback especially. Tried to switch to a 1 star shield and sword set just for fun, and I can definitely say daggers are playing the game in hard mode.
