#Hangout level 2 heart event not appearing with Princess Miranjani

Title: I am currently 3 hearts with Princess Miranjani, but there is no option to hang out even though I am at the point where I should.
Reproduction Steps: I got to 2 hearts, and there is an icon on the relationship page saying hangout 2 hearts available, but when I get near her, the hangout option doesn't appear.
Repro Rate: I tried logging out, wait a few days, log back in but no progress. I did this several times.
Game Platform: Xbox Series X
Input Mode: Xbox series X wireless pro controller
