Not sure if it is intended. He seemed lost in thought and after this text he reverted back to English saying, "oh, didn't see you there." Perhaps he is bilingual and this is not a bug? Or perhaps it is.
Reproduction Steps : Talking to 8-hearted Surya in his house. It was raining, Spring, year 3.
Repro Rate : This is the first time.
