Hi, I'm not sure if it's a game feature or a bug but after removing wine from the aging Barrel when processing is finished the barrel continues to display the wheel with the wine image and prevents me from adding any new items to the barrel. I only have one presently as a milestone reward and am not at high enough level for crafting to increase capacity for aging.
Is there a way to remove the wine or is it bugged?

that does sound like a bug.
have you tried restarting the game?
or using a pickaxe to "break" the barrel and placing it again?

Just as an additional troubleshooting step, have you confirmed you didn't add multiple of the juice you were turning into wine? Where maybe 1 of 2 finished and the other 1 is still processing?

Hi all, I have indeed tried to pickaxe the barrel to no effect. I also only added one grape juice of silver quality and removed it when it was gold quality wine. (I know I could have left it longer but I was just curious what the value was at that quality)
